Consumers warned of potential contamination from Dallas compounding pharmacy.

The Wall Street Journal (7/22, 5.89M) reports the FDA has warned healthcare providers and consumers for the third time in over a year against ordering medications from NuVision Pharmacy, a Dallas-based compounding pharmacy, over concerns its products may be contaminated.
